If you automatically check email, scroll through Facebook, or open an app even though you just closed it, you may have an over-reliance on your device.
Your device helps you connect with friends and family, shop, get news, and search for information. But if you fill every moment looking it, hoping for a new email or "Like," that's where it becomes a problem. The issue isn't the technology but rather the stimulation you get from screen time and your over-reliance on it.
